1st YEAR CLASSROOM TEACHER GRANTS

Our mission is to empower educators with resources to strengthen and transform learning experiences to engage all students in Royse City ISD

As part of our mission the Education Foundation awards a $200.00 classroom grant to all brand-new first-year classroom teachers. 

 

CRITERIA:

• Open November 1 through March 1
• This grant will be awarded only to classroom teachers. 
• This must be your very first teaching assignment and first year in a classroom.
• If you are a certified teacher who has taught in a classroom at any time, you are not eligible for this grant.
• If you have previously taught in another state or country you are not eligible  for this grant.
• Information will be confirmed with the HR Department.
• The grant will be awarded as a $200.00 Gift Card and sent to you at your campus, or through email.
• This is not for personal use and must be used for classroom items ONLY.
• You are still eligible to apply for other Foundation grants.

The Foundation staff has the right to make decisions based on special circumstances.
