For 21 years, Kim has proudly called Royse City home, raising two RCHS graduates and dedicating her time to enriching local schools. After joining the Education Foundation Board in 2013, she channeled her passion into a full-time leadership role as Executive Director in January 2018.

Under her guidance, the Foundation has experienced incredible growth. Kim's strategic vision and fundraising leadership have vastly expanded the organization's reach, bringing creative, cutting-edge educational initiatives to classrooms across the district.

Always looking to the future, Kim recently achieved her CEFL (Certified Education Foundation Leader) national credential. This advanced certification represents the gold standard in foundation administration, equipping Kim with the proven strategies needed to support Royse City students and educators for years to come.
